SuperBrain Labs is about how you can use Notion, AI, and other productivity tools to have a system that works for you and your brain, with AI roles, skills, memory, and workflows that run on command.
The problem with productivity systems
A stack of clever templates falls apart the first genuinely busy week. Tasks live in one place, notes in another, decisions nowhere at all. When your energy drops, the system needs you to remember how it works, which is the exact moment you can't.
Most of us have rebuilt a productivity system three or four times. The rebuild feels productive and changes nothing, because the missing piece was never a better template. It was the connective tissue between them.

Do I need to know Notion well?
No. The build videos assume you're starting from scratch.
Does this require Notion AI?
The roles and skills are designed to run inside Notion, so the AI features matter for that part of the system. The structure itself works regardless.
Can I use it for personal life as well as work?
Yes. The OS is organized around workspaces, spaces, and projects, so both fit without fighting each other.
Will it keep getting updates?
Yes. Premium members get new stuff and updates. All members, Standard and Premium, get patches and security updates.
What if I'm neurodivergent and every system has failed me so far?
That's the design brief. The OS was built by an AuDHD person for brains with variable energy, unreliable working memory, and a low tolerance for maintenance overhead.
