What membership is

Superhero Institute membership is free, permanent access to the school and the community, which are the same thing. Members get the community spaces, the resource library, live and recorded events, the Superhuman Framework, and the Infinite Impact newsletter. No credit card is required at any point.

What free actually includes

Free here means free, rather than a sampler with a timer on it. Membership includes the community, the resource library, the events calendar, the challenges, and the Infinite Impact newsletter in your inbox.

The paid electives sit outside it, separate and optional. Nothing in the free membership is designed to stop working until you buy something.

What happens after you join

  1. Day one

    You land in the community, introduce yourself if you feel like it, and get pointed at the orientation resources.

  2. The first few days

    You get the framework and the library, and you'll see the current challenge and the next live event on the calendar.

  3. The first week

    The Infinite Impact newsletter arrives, and you'll have a sense of which rooms you want to spend time in.

There is no onboarding sequence to survive and no participation requirement. A quiet first month is a perfectly normal first month.

How levels work

Members move through nine levels, starting at Good Citizen and ending at Celestial. Levels come from participation rather than payment: showing up, contributing, and helping other people get unstuck.

Is membership really free?

Yes, permanently, with no credit card and no trial period that quietly expires.

What is the catch?

There isn't one. Some members eventually buy an elective, most don't, and the free membership works the same either way.

How much time does this take?

As much or as little as you have. Events are optional and, wherever possible, recorded.

Is this a course?

Membership is a community and a library built around the Superhuman Framework. The courses are the paid electives, and they're optional.

Can I lurk?

Yes. Reading for a few months before you post is common here and costs you nothing.

What if I join and it isn't for me?

You leave, and it cost you nothing but the form.

Do I need to join before buying a program?

Joining first is the intended path, because the programs assume you're already inside.
